Annual Homeowners Meeting Notice

The Huntley Meadows Homeowners Association Annual Meeting will be held on

Wednesday, December 12, 2018, in the Cafeteria at Groveton Elementary School, 6900 Harrison Lane.

All Homeowners are urged to attend!

Formal registration for the Annual Meeting will begin by 6:30 p.m., and the meeting will start promptly at 6:45 p.m.

Meeting Notice, Agenda, Board Nomination form, Proxy and other information will be mailed out and is also posted on the website under the documents section. 

Meeting will include:

  • Update on association business and activities
  • Treasurer report
  • ACC Update
  • Friends of Huntley Update
  • Election for 4 open Board Seats

Owners interested in becoming a candidate for the Board of Directors should complete and submit a nomination form to the Management Company.

If you cannot, or think you might not, be able to attend the annual meeting, please complete the PROXY form and ensure it is received no later than noon on December 10th
